6 month window isn't working

Someone just sent me an inquiry about a booking 1 year in advance.  How can this happen if I have a 6 month window?

If it's just an "inquiry" doesn't that just mean they are asking about a possible booking on a date? So it's not an actual booking.

Same thing just happened to me. Luckily I had set prices for then or else it would have used basic price.

Mine wasn’t an enquiry, it was an actual booking request for next June.
