A guest changed the duration of their stay – can I cancel their discount?

Hi all

A guest booked to stay in our home for 3 weeks. Because it is a long stay I sent her a special offer and gave her a 15% discount. (If you stay 1 week there is no discount, I told her. Two weeks a 10% discount, three weeks a 15% discount.) She accepted this and the booking has been confirmed for about a month.

However, she has now requested to change her booking to 1 week – and so the discount offer is no longer valid. However, I see only the option to accept or decline her date change, but I cannot see how to adjust the price.

Is it possible for me to adjust the price before I accept or decline her date change?

@Sudana-and-Narina0 - Yes, you can decline the change of dates.  Once you do, you should be able to send her a new "special offer" with the corrected amount.

Thanks so much Alice & Jeff! It seemed so final and cold to click on "decline" ... I didn't realise there would be something more behind that button.
Appreciate your help!

@Sudana-and-Narina0 -    Always remember that "declining" means the current contract conditions.  It is never "final"!

Good to know - thank you!
