A guest showed up for a week with what she is calling an ESD dog.  I am brand new to Airbnb but I definetly say no pets because the carpet will have to be cleaned because the next guest has allergies.  Plus I do not like someone not mentioning this detail when I asked who was coming.  In California the law has changed and you do not have to accept ESD animals.   Thanks for input

@Sharon697 sorry to say regardless of the law, it is an article of Airbnb's terms of conditions that hosts must accept service animals regardless of advance notice or pet policy, and cannot charge extra for them, with a few exceptions:
