A guest wants to pay the full amount ahead of their arrival in July. How can this be done?

A guest has booked to arrive on October 5 for 56 nights. They wish to pay in full now for the booking. How can I help them do that?

Also - if they have chosen to pay in 2 parts can they cancel the payment and the booking  and begin again paying the total  in full?

@Caroline105 he can only pay for one month now, the rest is going to be charged days before the first month is over and you will get the money in the beginning of the next month. That is how long term bookings work and there is nothing he can do about that. If they cancel the booking even if you refund them they will loose their service fee.

He cannot cancel the booking, otherwise he will lose the rent of the first month and the Airbnb service fee.
