A question

Hello!

I would like to know one thing.

In Slovenia i have to give the guests a bill.

I always write a bill with accommodation fees and tourist tax.

But last time i noticed, that Airbnb charge service fee too.

Now i am confused, how i have to write the bill? With Airbnb service fee or without? How much is Airbnb service fee?

Thank you for the answer in advance!

In Croatia, we also have to write a bill. The amount on the bill should be:

your nightly price + extra guests fee if you have it x nights booked + your cleaning fee + pet fee if you have it - discount if you have it = total amount.

The host service fee is something you pay from your pocket to Airbnb for their service and this is your choice and expense. It is your deal with Airbnb or another booking platform

Airbnb guest fee is something your guest pays to Airbnb for their service and has nothing to do with you. It is guest's deal with Airbnb or another booking platform

If your guest is a business traveler and needs the bill for travel expenses refund then he should use  Airbnb booking confirmation to show how much he actually paid and your bill to show that booking was consumed and not canceled.
