Its like they're mad about working while you call them to fix your problems with their services. they always hang up and lie about reaching back to you but when its a sitation with guest they can blow your phone up and refund them without your constent? airbnb makes host wait 48 HOURS to hear back but when they contact a host they want you to respond asap. im to the point where im looking for another company because this is a headache they even let agents cancel or pause your account because of no reason. just cause they simply can. airbnb use to be cool now its a **bleep** hole!
