About cancellations

Sorry, i need to know why i received a cancellation fee if the guest reservation was for more than 7 days?

You cancel a guest, you get a penalty, not sure what you mean about 7 days?

airbnb will throw in penalties every time you cancel a booking. Any booking. 

 

The penalty comes under two forms : 

- financial. 

- ranking of your listing in your area. 

 

Best is to never cancel.
