Have you gone into your profile  - under credits and coupons?

Also, what about your original email? Do a search for Airbnb and unless you deleted it, then the notification should show up! “You’ve Earnt a Superhost Bonus” clock on the link and note your coupon number details. Screen shot it if you are worried.
