Accidentally Over Charged Guest for a Cleaning Fee

 When I received a booking over my average amount, I was extremely curious as to why the booking was $100USD over. I checked the amount and fees from the reservations and noticed that I mistakenly over charged for cleaning services. Even though that I could have kept the money, I contacted the guest and informed them that i would give them a $100 refund due tot the issue. She was elated and I was happy that I made her happy. All though I would like to maximize my profits, I refuse to do it unethically. To say the least, make sure that you check all of your fees and booking prices.
