Account info missing - program bug?

I have a problem with my account. Sometimes when I login, information is missing and trips I've reserved and paid for do not appear? Sometimes my account and transactions and messages appear incomplete and I cannot access or find trips I've already paid for. This is unpredicatble adn very frustrating. Seems like a bug in the program that I have no control over and can't fix. What do I do?

I am the host of a listing and I make reservations as a guest for the past several years.
