Action on listings

Good morning everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well this morning. I have a quick question and would love some feedback. I've been hosting for a few months and start out hot and heavy with inquiries and bookings. Not they have seem to died off. I'd really like to get back to my previous movement. Any helpful hints?

Here are some of the things I already do:

Touch listing everyday

Price Match

Have great photos/description

HIgh response rate

I have lots of good reviews
