I have a similar experience. We have more than £400 sitting with Airbnb which they are not paying out since the 26th August. They are saying they don`t have enough account details from us although they were paying into the same account for the past two years. I deleted the account and tried to add it again but there is always the message showing `sorry, something went wrong, try again`. Tried different browsers and computers, sent emails to response@... which are not getting delivered, opened this case twice in the resulution centre (no response), and have then written and send a letter to their UK HQ. I`ll send the same letter to their US HQ but apart from that I just don`t know what to do. Nobody gets back ! We are close to packing in.
