Adding a second room option - thoughts?

We will be new to the hosting side, our new home has a small separate "wing" that has a guest suite with an ensuite bathroom and just down the hall is another bedroom with a private bathroom.

We will be renting the guest suite but want to offer the 2nd guest room and bathroom to the same party if they have kids or it is 2 couples traveling together.

How can it be set up in the airbnb system?

For example in is $100 per night for the guest suite and an additional $50 for the 2nd bedroom and bath.

Does anyone offer anything like this?......thoughts?

Hi, I also listed a small apartment downstairs and a spare bedroom upstairs. I listed them separately though, and each had different guests. I don't know of a way you can easily offer both spaces to the same guests on BNB.

@Jeff168 I used to live in  3BR house. I had 3 listings. 1 for BR 1, 1 for BR 2, and 1 for the entire house which give guests access to the entire house and both bedrooms and I left the premises during their stay and locked my BR.

So, I think this can be one of the option you can do. Make 1 listing for the suite, 1 for the private BR, and 1 for both the suite and the private BR.

1 thing to note is to make sure that you manage/watch/and control your calendar well to make sure you won't get double booked.

Hi thanks guys this is my exact issue. I rent a 4 bed room with big bathroom but when I get students outside of Airbnb I use the room. If I have Airbnb bookings I put them in my bedroom! But this is now happening so often I think I will jus let rent out my room on Airbnb too! I hope it will work out!
