Adding a simple photo to my profile

I have now tried to upload a profile photo via the following methods:

PC (using chrome, firefox, etc etc...)

The AIRBNB app on my android phone

The AIRBNB app on my wifes IPhone

Ive tried selfies, photos already on each phone, photos on the pc, uploading new photos on the pc AND the webcam option!!

Quite simply AirBnb have achieved the status of most clunky, out of date, useless app and website of the 21st century.

Ive used cheap, nasty looking applications that can upload a photo in seconds. Those running this website have absolutely no clue and couldn't care less if people have issues.

Awful.

Can anyone advise on this or do I concede and throw all my technology against the wall?
