Adding an Additional guest - over accommodation limit

I currently offer accommodations for 2 guest….

However, they would like to bring another guest along for the trip.

 How do I increase the booking to include the additional guest.

 I’m new to airbnb and they were within my 1st 3 guest discount limit….and the original 2 guest had saved allot.  

Do I need to extend the discounts to the 3 person?

please let me know what your advice would be thanks.

@Monique898   Your listing is clearly for a maximum of two guests, so I am assuming that you will need to provide air bed, linens, pillows, bedding and towels etc for a third guest.  If you do not already have an extra guest fee then I would negotiate an extra person fee with the guest taking into account any extra expenditure.. however, bear in mind that this is likely to happen again so the extra fee will need to be proportionate.  Add this extra fee to your listing for additional guests and ask your guest to amend their booking by adding the additional person.
