Additional fees

Just wondering if it is out of the ordinary to charge an additional fee for longer stays to cover water, electricity, and bathroom supplies.  I charge $75.00 for 8-14 day stays, $150.00 for 15-30 days.  What I charge per night is quite reasonable, $40.00/night for what I offer.

I see you are introducing a new pricing system on airbnb. Instead of providing discounts for longer stays, i understand you do the opposite ?
