Adjust a reservation - extra guest

Greetings - 

I just had a guest book a reservation for 5 nights. After booking the reservation they messaged and said they would like to have a 3rd person stay with them for two of the nights. It's not a problem, but our policy is to add a $10 fee per person per night for more than 2 people.

Is there a way to add $20 to their reservation cost to cover the extra person?
