Advance Notice Setting

Why do I get booking requests for Today, when I have booking preference set to one day advance notice?  I just declined one of those and don't want to get dinged for that.

Also this guest's request made me uncomfortable.  Request said one guest, but he stated that he and "some friends" wanted to "get away from the inner city "and take a break."  This is the only time I have marked that I was uncomfortable.  Airbnb asked me to explain first to them, and then to the guest, what made me uncomfortable, which I did, but then "There was an error.  Please try again later."  So again, I wonder if I will get dinged.

we get this all the time. Guests book for one person and arrive as a couple... 🤦🏻‍♀️. Try calling Airbnb as they are having some tech issues today this is probably why it has not gone through.

Mention to them what you did and it should be more than enough.

Regarding the advance notice just recheck it as to ensure the system has not reset to default, ie. same day 🙂
