AirBnb going public

Does anyone else feel that when Airbnb goes public Hosts rates will be trimmed drastically from the pressure of pleasing shareholders? I noticed this big time with Uber and Lyft so far.

@Justin271  There are difference between the shared accommodation and shared rides. The price is set by hosts in Airbnb. Uber and Lyft drivers cannot set prices.

@Alice595 I am totally clear on that aspect but there is endless means to inject costs.
