Airbnb China Co. deleted customer posts in Weibo and paid ghostwriters to mislead the pubilc opinion

Due to Airbnb China's own techincal issue on this Monday (Jan. 7), the currecny mismatch error, it didn't post any official announcement either on its official website or social media to let the public know what happened and even didn't apologize, no sorry, no negotiation or alignment, but just cancelled the order directly or asked customers to pay for its own techincal mistake on Jan. 9.

The official account of Airbnb China on social medium,  Weibo (the Chinese twitter), secretly paid to delete the cutsomer posts and comments in an extensive and bad way. On top of this, the Chinese Airbnb even employed ghostwriters to misguide the public opion and posted untrue good comments to build its so-called "positive" image. Indecent!!!

That is not acceptable for the Chinese mass. That is not what companies do buisness in China. That is not abiding by the Chinese E-Commerce Law. The Airbnb headquater should be aware of Chinese customers' appeal and take proper action timely to stop the Airbnb Chinese employee's miscondut.

Chinese customers HAVE TO seek other channels to make themsleves heard instead of in those opion-controlled channeles in China. I'm sad about this.

Thanks and hope your Chinese business grows in 2019 and later.

Best regards,

Nathan
