Airbnb Experience meetup location sf bay area

I'm considering starting an airbnb experience. The experience will be located in the east bay across from San Francisco. The east bay isn't the touristy side but that's kind of the point for my experience. It will be a nature/outdoors type of experience. If I set the meetup location to the actual location will people still find it? It's about 25 miles from sf if you're using google maps rather than "as a crow flies". 

Also am I able to transport people? The location is accessible via the bart system (subway/train) but it does stop a couple miles short of the actual location.
