Airbnb Management commission

Hi,

Just about to do my tax ,my accountant needs to know what percentage Airbnb charge on bookings in Australia.

Your everyday average host pays 3% plus GST/VAT , every reservation has a GST/VAT invoice which splits the costs for you. Click the 3 dots on the right of every reservation.
