Airbnb Teams question

Airbnb Teams question

Hey so i have a question.  I own a few properties and a couple of business partners own a few properties.  We want to put all of our listings into one new "master listing?  We still wanted ourselves to be the co-host so our properties still show under our own names etc.  Questions.  Is this a good idea?  What happens with ratings.  If we are all combined and a few fall short does the master listing become effected.  As far as revenue will it show collectively (and each person can see theirs but not everyone).

And how does it effect superhost status on members?  Looking for pros and cons to do this thank you.

@FC-Property-Solutions0 .why would you want this ?no is he answer to most of your questions . Airbnb  is currently designed so that the 'host ' is in charge and generally also owns the property . This would be something completely different . Co hosts do not have access to bank accounts or separate accounting of any kind only the main host. So if all the properties are under one host in the name of three different groups then all accounting goes thru one portal not three and one person only remains in charge . I could see major problems arising but maybe others could see something different H
