Airbnb agreed to compensate for damages but never released the funds and went silent

Hi,

 

I had unplaeasnt situation with one of my guests and there were some damages made by them. I opened the dispute, Airbnb got involved as guests did not respond and after reviewing my case, I was rewarded compansation through Airbnb Host Guarantee. They have offered half of what damages were, saying the market value and wear and tear of mattress, bedding set, carpet etc lowers the payout. Also, there was no time to argue the case as offer was active for 24h and if not agreed, there wouldnt be any payout. This should be a warning to everybody to know what to expect in this situations.

 

Anyhow, I did acept but payout was never made. I contact the rep, and she told me she will pass over the request. Person that rewarded me with the payout stoped responding to emails. 

 

My questions is, does anybody know how to contact Airbnb, management office or anybody who can help with this, as superhost number rep's keep refering to the person who closed the case. 

 

Basicly, Airbnb locked me out from reaching them and having my money released to me.
