Airbnb app problem - login keep loading

Hi everyone,

Thanks a lot for anyone looking at my post. I have downloaded the app on my phone (Xiaomi a2 lite) and was trying to log in.

Once I clicked on the top right corner button "log in" I enter my email and password but, it doesn t let me access the account (I have tried several times, few times is asking me the captcha code).

The log in process keeps loading no stop, I don't receive any error at all. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app a couple of times, but nothing changes.

Can someone please help me, it is very frustrating.

Do you use Firefox or Chrome? Or other?

There's been ongoing IT issues, some because of Google, others simply through stalling when trying to access the site, keep refreshing the page & make sure you report it to Customer Services IT team.

Thanks a lot for your reply. After several attempts it actually let me log in! I can'd contribute with an explanation unfortunately 😞
