Tom: I will refund you $174.08 to you IF WE MAKE THAT MUCH re-renting room 23629367. (i.e. I will NOT profit from your change of plans, but I won't lose money either.)
However: NO ONE CAN RENT THE ROOM because buggy Airbnb software left the room in some strange state where it was not showing up on the nights you cancelled as available. (If you want to waste some time, try it yourself.)
Airbnb just sucks! Those Euro-**bleep** programmers are totally incompetent.
After struggling with it for an hour, I called Airbnb support at 4pm yesterday. After the Airbnb lady struggled herself with it for a half an hour, she SAID it was turned over to support.
But I never received a support ticket, and EIGHT HOURS LATER, THE ROOM DOES NOT SHOW UP ON A SEARCH OF SAUGUS.
Tom, I can't waste any more time on trying to get a refund back to you. Please call them yourselves to ask why room 23629367 is not visible to rent.
FYI: I asked Juan if AIRBNB HAD THEMSELVES REFUNDED YOU THEIR $17.40 SURCHARGE ON THE AMOUNT, and of course they had not!!!
but he said HE WOULD BE REFUNDING THAT. Watch for that.
I don't understand from your post who canceled this booking? You or a guest? Because if host cancels than those dates remain blocked

Airbnb has already had several people unsuccessfully try, but when the AIRBNB COUNTER of the number of people viewing it is non-zero, they blew me off.
Someone finally is taking it seriously, now, i think.
Here is just one of my 10 or 20 horrible experiences with the buggy software and incompetent "Case Managers" at Air B N B.
Guest Tom shortened his month stay by a few days.
Rather than use the Air B N B App to request that i change dates of his reservation, Tom "reached out" to the incompetent "Case Manager Juan.
Mr. Juan "reached out" to me to see "if you will consider providing him a refund for the nights he didn't spend at your listing starting tonight the 26th until the 30th(4 nights). If you will agree with this, the refund amount will be $174.08." Yeah- Air B N B reaches out - just like a fricken' pick pocket does.
I told Mr. Juan I WOULD NOT REFUND the nights as I had no notice. But I would REFUND TO TOM ANY PROFIT I made from re-renting it.
So even though the message said the room was available, Mr. Juan SECRETLY MARKED those dates "under dispute." This is so secret that I, the super host, AM NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW THIS OR SEE IT ON THE LISTING. And as it turns out, neither are Air B N B employees. What a dumb programmer "feature."
Here's another dumb programmer "feature." I sent this message to Tom:

So this other incompetent Air B N B programmer thinks he is being cute by hiding a phone number when it was the amount of the refund. What idiots Air B N B has doing their programming. Is that why Airbnb is the least responsive Website I ever use?
Getting back to the other stupid Air B N B programmer, his "feature" wasted not only four hours of my time, but hours of various Air B N B employees trying to fix it. Most just blew me off with their observation that the Air B N B COUNTER of the number of people viewing it is non-zero!
Finally I found a rare intelligent Air B N B employee in the Philippines. Her buggy Air B N B software told her that the room was available, but she LISTENED to me. So she logged on her own account as a guest and verified that the room WAS NOT SHOWING UP AS AVAILABLE.
Then she figured out that good old "Mr. Juan" secretly marked the dates "under dispute." Mr. Juan screwed everything up
1. costing Tom his refund,
2. costing Air B N B stheir blood money,
3. conting me 6 hours of my time by now, and
4. consting various Air B N B semployees 30 minutes more of their time.
