Airbnb charged below my minimum rate.

My minimum is cleary stated as £40 but Airbnb have only charged the visitor £39 from which they deduct the Service Fee. I know it is a small amount (£1) but it is the principle. What are they doing? How do I stop it?

You may want to address this with Airbnb or simply up your pricing generally or via the calendar for GBP 1 or 2?

A lot of people are having this issue.  Think it is the currency conversion rate at the moment.

I live in the US and they have advertised mine for $2 a night less thanmy minimum.

The prices it chrages for my listing are very often +/- one or two euros from the price I set. I think it's due to some forex adjustments. I've set my prices a bit higher and do not worry about it anymore.
