when I left the place my host requested me money for the damage that I did not cause .
So i contacted the airbnb asking for help but they are closing my case without even answering ! Is this normal ? What should I do ?

@Hebail0 so you stayed in a place for 2 years and the host is looking for 7€ reimbursement for a kitchen towel? And I thought I have read everything 🙂 You don't have to pay since it is closed and nothing further was requested from you.
Yeah 7€ for kitchen towel and he said that mattress cover is missing but there were no mattress cover when I arrived ,only a bedsheet.
I received the request from the host and I received an email from airbnb they gave me 72hours to reply and now they are ignoring me totally . Is it normal that they are ignoring totally their customers?
