Airbnb didn't pay for refered host

More than a month ago I referred a host, they received their first guests and after 10 days I got the email which said that I have the bonus 120$ for this referred host and that I can check it in my payout history. But there was no transaction in my account.  I contacted the Airbnb support and after that, for about 3 weeks, they can't resolve this problem, they can't give me any answer. 
Did anyone have the same issue?

@Zorbeg0  The money is usually release 30 days after the guests stay. 

 Host referrals:

A referral credit is not issued until the host you referred has their first stay that's worth over $100 USD excluding tax, cleaning fees and service fee's, so if she's not made that on her first finished booking you do not qualify for the credit yet. If she did have a stay that qualified, you will be paid within 30 days of the end of that stay They will have 150 days to accept this kind of qualifying reservation for you to get receive credit. 

 Friend referrals:

A travel credit is not issued until the friend you referred has a a stay that's worth over $75 USD excluding tax and service fee's, so if she's not spent that on any of her finished bookings yet you haven't qualified yet. If she did have a stay that qualified the next reservation you make it will automatically show up on the checkout page provided your trip is also over the $75 without tax and service fee's.

Thank you for your time and response, but I already know it. My friend's first reservation was more than 100$, I RECEIVED the email which said that I already have my money on my account. The problem is that It is not in my transaction history yet. And they can't resolve this problem. It's been already 32 days after the first guests check-out.
