Airbnb filter are not working

Even though I use specific filters as pool or jacuzzi or both, Airbnb is ALWAYS showing me listing without the filter I'm using... why is that? Why do I have to dig on the listing to find what I'm actually looking for ? Is there any way to stop that? Even from 3party apps or extensions on the browser?

Thank you in advance.

@Constantinos27  Airbnb released an "update" to the Search algorithm a few months ago with much fanfare, and by all accounts it has been an absolute dumpster fire.

The CEO actually touted to the press that the new search format was designed to push guests away from what they were looking for, as though that was a good thing. Hosts hate it, guests hate it.

But it's also possible that there aren't any available listings in your search radius that fit your criteria. When that's the case, the search results will display other things - it's meant to never yield 0 results.

I, for sure, absolutely hate it!

Thank you for the answer, Andrew!

Are you searching using the map view or the list view? If it's the map view, the update that @Anonymous mentioned doesn't actually show all the available listings that match your criteria. I have had to sometimes zoom in directly over my house before it will appear on the map. It's ridiculous.

Also, if you are using the 'any weekend', 'any week', 'any month' etc. filters to search, it won't show you the first available dates, but random ones that can be months and months into the future. So, it could be that you think a listing isn't available in the timeframe that you had in mind, when it actually is.

The whole thing is a bit of a mess.
