My guests are repeatedly being sent spam emails from my Airbnb account not sent by me. Airbnb are trying to tell me it is my email address that is at fault. But I have changed my email address and all my passwords and it is still happening. Could anyone tell me if the Airbnb generated email address Airbnb use for me is the same one every time or is it a different one for every guest? If it is the same one then surely that is the address that is compromised and not my own private one?
Any advise appreciated as this is a bad issue which Airbnb are not being much help with!
