He says "Airbnb is telling me that the currency I'm trying to pay with (usd) is no longer supported by won't let me update my information. Is there any way you could cancel the reservation so I can try to re-book it"?
@Cheryl435 This is something the guest will have to contact Airbnb about, there is nothing you can do from your end and DON'T CANCEL- you will be punished for a cancellation. Just tell the guest to contact Airbnb to resolve the issue. Why would they want you to cancel it, anyway? The guest can cancel from their end if they want to. It's not your issue, it's theirs.
