Airbnb plus

Hello

yesterday I delete the picture of the cover on Airbnb plus because I don’t like it ( it’s the picture of the street so I want to change it with another one inside the apartment), than after this my ad it’s not available so no one can book it or see it . Some one can help me? , the assistance sent a request to Airbnb plus but I don’t know when they will fix the problem

You don't say which of your 5 listings has the problem. I presume that it's the "Luxury sweet home on campo Dei Fiori" one as, after investigation, that seems to be the only Airbnb Plus one.

I searched for accommodation in Campo Dei Fiori and your listing showed up when I was logged in. It doesn't show when I'm not logged in. As instant book is turned on this suggests that you have set the "Government-issued ID" or "Recommendations form other hosts" settings.

If one or more of those is set then you'll have to log in while searching and have the requirement yourself.

If the above doesn'e explain the problem then you;'ll have to contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.

 @Giorgio215   From all I have read on these forums, you are not allowed to change either the photos or compose your own listing description if you are in the Plus program. Many hosts have decided to opt out of Plus for this reason, and they also report that Plus didn't bring them any more bookings, some experienced a downturn in bookings.
