Airbnb service fee refund.

To whom it may concern,

I am waiting for a 50-pound refund from Airbnb because of a cancellation. 

As I mentioned before my HSBC account has been closed and this is the reason why I did not receive any money. 

I am trying to contact you about that situation. 

What should I do? Should I change my bank account information so that you can send the money?

I also talked to HSCB to make sure that I did not receive the money and they confirmed.

Hello @Dila1,

You should contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue. This is a forum where Airbnb members help each other with advice from their own experience. People here don't have access to others' accounts.

If the only payout method that you currently have is the closed HSBC account then, to receive payouts, you must add some other payout method.

To cntact Airbnb support you can ...

Log in and click on "Help" and then type "contact airbnb" in the "Ask a question ..." box. Then click on the "I want to contact Airbnb" link.
Then click on the "Contact page" link near the end of the page.

You can also type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
