Airbnb text message with message missing from inbox

I received a text alert on my phone from Airbnb of a message requesting a reservation but nothing appears in my inbox. Anyone had this happen?

I mean, I find no record of it anywhere, not just my inbox. I thought perhaps it was rescinded but find nothing anywhere.

@Sha10 I am going through that now. I am getting emails to my email account from AirBnB but not emails from guest or potential guest. I have customer service working on it now but it makes things very difficult.
