@Daniel1127, you should contact AirBnB host support and ask them why you do not have the SuperHost badge yet.
(You have not done a host cancellation in the past 12 months, right?)
No, I have not cancelled any reservations. But there was a guests who cancelled her own reservation herself, because she couldn’t come anymore.
@Daniel1127, I agree with you; your numbers certainly look like they meet the requirements.
Please let us know what AirBnB says when you find out!
I think the assessment runs through and includes the 14th (because guests have 14 days to write reviews, and Airbnb wants to capture all the reviews for 2017 before making a final assessment), and starting tomorrow the 15th people will start getting their Superhost status. The new assessment date of April 2018 just means we've entered a new assessment period, but doesn't mean your Superhost status is postponed.
Thanks Michael. I hope that is the case - I have received the same notice as Daniel.
I just received an e-mail minutes ago telling me I've made Superhost. I've only been hosting for less than 2 months, but I met all the criteria. Here's what the message says:
@Michael956, congratulations!
Thanks for taking the time to let both discussion threads know the good news!
I know *I* really wanted to hear that it came through.
Final update:
Finally, I was awarded the superhost badge! Congrats to everyone who did as well! 🙂
Hello @Daniel1127 @Michael956 @Andrea792,
