Amending a Confirmed reservation- payment pending by the guest

Hi All 

I am in need of help- I need the price of a reseravtion which I have confimed. The guest status is pending payment-. I would like to lwer the price by 200 euro. I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Ive look for the "change reservation" icon next to the booking under reservations but I cannot see it- maybe this has something to do with the fact the guest has not paid yet?

It is called a Special Offer.

Thanks for attempting to help me bu but sadly not that obvious- It wont let me send a special offer- I assume because I accepted the bookingPRIOR to sending the special offer.
