I use Beyond Pricing for both of my listings.
For one listing I recently started getting a lot of reservations and requests for peak season at rates that are lower than what I am getting now.
Beyond Pricing tells me this was due to a change that ABB made to the geotagging of the one listing that put it into a lower value area. This is odd since both listings are for rooms in the same apartment and the other listing didn't seem to be affected.
BP tells me that they have now changed how their model reacts to geotagging so that my listing would no longer be affected.
I also have informed ABB of course but am not getting the usual excellent help from them that I have in the past. The case manager seems to be missing basic info, such as that I use BP and is taking days to get back to me with any info at all.
So I'm curious to know if anyone else has been throught this.
