Anyone else missing coupons for cancelled Japan trip

Hi there, Like many other travellers, our booking in Japan was cancelled shortly before departure. We were promised a refund and on top a coupon for the same amount as the original booking. The refund and the coupon was to be processed within 10 days. However we have never received the coupon, and despite contacting Airbnb several times still no sign of this promised coupon here 2 months later. We have asked Airbnb why we haven't received this coupon and if other Japan travellers have received theirs, but no answer to this. Could you please give us some indications if there is a general problem processing these coupons ?  Thanks Brian
