Anyone having trouble communicating with guests under your co-host profile?

I am having trouble communicating with my guests that I am a co-host for.  It keeps showing as error “you don’t have permission to access this resource”. I can’t even leave reviews either.  I have the same issue on my mobile (iPhone), mac (safari and google chrome), Samsung tablet...etc.  No device seems to be any better. Airbnb hasn’t been helpful at all and keeps saying “we’ll look into it”.  Or “looks good on our end”. But I’m still no more further ahead.  It’s so frustrating especially when guests are needing assistance and I can’t even message them or see the reservation to find their phone number.  Anyone else having this issue? Any work around?

No where to be found. It's the same spiel that "we are aware of the issue and are working very hard to get it fixed as soon as possible"   That's it.  Been going on since November.
