Apartment without ratings - Fake?

Hello guys

I'm new to Airbnb and also having just 1 rating on my profile for being a cool guest. Now I want to book a trip to London a saw this apartment: https://www.airbnb.ch/rooms/36521388

The problem is, it has no ratings and the profile of the host was just created and has also no ratings. That's why I don't trust it.. Could this be fake? What do you guys mean?

@Valentin136 it doesn't have to mean it is fake, everyone has to start somewhere 🙂 Communicate with him and if you feel uncertain don't book, find a place with more reviews.
