Regarding pre-approved booking by Étoile Stella 24th April to 6th May.
A possible guest contacted me after 11pm last night and I preaproved check in for today, 24th April until check out, 06May. My last reply to her was before midnight yesterday, 23rd April. I requested an update respectively a reply to my messages today and no reply yet.
Should I withdraw my pre-approval to her booking since it is the 24th already?
I would love my calender being available for bookings for serious guests.

No, there are no penalties for removal of pre-approval.
You can remove it, no problems. It should expire soon, anyway - be aware that you can not allow bookings on the same day, if you need more notice from guests.

I am mostly concerned about the days after today and wonder, if it is advisable to cancel so other possible guests will be able to book as from tomorrow.

@Edith105 Leave the pre-approval running, the dates are still available for other guests to book.
I am waiting for a potential client to pay and therefore confirm booking but in the meantime I would like to cancel this booking as there has been a similar request from a different travel site....I cannot seem to find a way of stopping the process on Airbnb - I do not wat to wait for a further 20 hours before confirming a booking...urgent help is greatly appreciated,
