Hi I want to turn off auto-book.

I don't want people to book without speaking to me first.

I've had to cancel one auto booking.

@Gemma12 in your listing settings, it's under 'booking' options. You'll want to select 'No one'

Gemma, I've heard that they're piloting a program among new hosts that doesn't allow you to turn off IB. If you don' t see an option to turn it off on your listing (as mentioned above), you may need to get in touch with customer service to have them turn it off.
