B&B terms and conditions expectations

Hello,

I am wondering if I am being unfair or unrealistic.

I have a gentleman staying at on of my B&B rooms, this is his third visit.  i am only charging £29 for bed and breakfast in the room.

Every visit he has moaned about many things , even though I have 5 stars and have never had a moan before. It will be anything from not enough comfy chairs in the room to it ot being warm enough, can he have another hot water bottles to the coffee i provide!  He now wants to work from the room, however, wifi is only available from 6pmin the evening unti 8.45 am as we work from home and the wifi is only available to us during those times.  The wifi is a little stretched a it is as we are rural.

Is a B&B only for evening use, bed for the night and breakfast?  I have tried to explain I am not renting out an office space and i expect him not to be here during the day. I obviosuly said this very politely. what would you do?

Jen x

@Jenni13 You are being very patient-if his stay is a short one then grin and bear it but don't accept him again. Sounds like he is more suited to a hotel environment than Airbnb
