Hi Everyone. Just a quick question if someone could help me as i am a new host. Can i have one guest checking out and another guest checking in at the same day, provided there is plenty of time to clean the house between the two bookings? And if so why doesnt the calender allow my second guest to book that day, even though that i have marked it as available?

Yes' it's possible to do that. I operate that way.

You just have to set "preparation time" to "none" and make sure your check in time is a few hours after your check out time setting.

To set your "preparation time" go to your calendar and select "Availability settings" in the top right.

Then select "Reservation preferences". Then change the "Preparation time" setting to "none". This will allow a guest to check in on the same day that a previous guest checks out.

Now just mak  sure to give yourself a few hours to clean and prepar the place by ensuring that your check in time is well after your checkout time.

Check in and check out time settings can be changed by going to your calendar and selecting the 4 bar icon in the top left next to the listing photo.

Then select "Check-in" from the menu on the left.
