Wanted some thoughts, trying to find a way to contact Airbnb with this.
Had a bad experience with an Airbnb and was able to find a new place with Airbnb's customer service help. They said I would get a $100 credit for the inconvenience and it never showed. I emailed them two weeks later and no response. Any suggestions?
@Casey40 Travel credit should be applied at the time you make a new booking. Have you tried to make a booking and the credit was not applied? Are you waiting for something from Air BNB? I don't think you get an email with a credit. Travel coupons have a specific code and you get an email with that. In your case, the credit is in your Air BNB account. Be aware that a credit is single use only so if you use it for $50, there is no more balance.
