Bad guess

I had a visit that came in very early, and the same guess  did not leave at the time that was at 11 am, hi only left because I went to the property tell him to leave because the other person was already entering the house and now I have a need to do review for his, I've never had that problems with no guess, what do I need to do??

Just review the guest as you would normally do.

You could mention in the review the guest did not respect your check-in and check-out times.

BTW Did you warned the guest at the (too) early check-in to respect your times ?
