Bad review

Hi I have a booking coming up in my air b n b but the person has only one review which is bad , I really don't want to host this person but don't know what's best to do cancel and lose ratings super host etc or can I take a deposit thank you ?

@Laura1758 If you have instant book on you can cancel penalty free if you cancel due to feeling uncomfortable with the guest. I would call Airbnb to have them help with this to make sure it's done penalty free. You can do up to 3 penalty free cancellations if using instant book.
