I do have a very bad experience with my last quest. I did have a lot of problems with my labtop. And on Friday the 14th June by returning home I did get that reguest for staying with me from the 15th up to the 19th. Immediately I let her know of my booking, that was already been done in February for the 15th but for the rest of the time she is welcome. The next moment I received the note from Airbnb that she booked with me for all the dates. I realized that now it is my responsibility to host that lady. And I can assure you that I did it properly. I phoned her and told her but also told her that she paid me less than my normal tariff.And that is why se degrade me.I am very upset regarding the situation. Her code is

@Martie11  you have instant book option turned on. It means everyone can book without your approval.  In this case, you have to keep your calendar up to date and block all previously booked dates. You should also keep your prices accurate because once the guest book you can't change the price anymore.

Until you familiarize with this platform the best would be to turn instant book option off.
