Becoming superhost

Hi everyone, I'm looking forward for becoming a superiors in one week, but noticed that the app says that I can't because only 14% of my guests reviewed me, and I know over 75% of them did. 

What can I do to to fix that?

Hi!  Welcome!  This issue has already been reported -- see previous posts.  Many of us have called -- there seems to be glitch in their system, somehow.  I'm sure it is being addressed, inasmuch as possible on a Sunday evening!

Same here. Called customer service and they said they couldn't override the system. So who can solve it then?

Does anybody know to become superhost you have to have 10 comments for the same apartment or 10 comment in general?

I have two locations that I rent on airbnb
